King Mower Expands Global Service Network

2025-01-20 | Company News

King Mower has announced the expansion of its global service network with five new service centers opened in Germany, Poland, Vietnam, Brazil, and the United States. This strategic move aims to reduce response times and provide faster after-sales support to customers in key markets.

Each new service center is staffed with certified technicians trained in King Mower's full product lineup, including remote-controlled mowers, brush cutters, and custom-built solutions. The centers will offer spare parts inventory, repair services, and technical training for local distributors. Customers can now access same-day or next-day service within a 200-kilometer radius of each center.

"We understand that equipment downtime directly impacts our customers' productivity. Expanding our service network is a top priority," said the company's after-sales director. King Mower plans to open an additional three service centers in 2025, further strengthening its commitment to customer satisfaction and operational reliability.
